Core Values Tour Finals

After three heavy stops at Buck Hill, Elm Creek, and Spirit Mountain, the Core Values Tour makes its way to Trollhaugen next Saturday, March 7th for the series finals. Over $2000 in cash and prizes is up for grabs for the top ten riders of each division from the stops. Invited riders will session the custom three-zone build at Troll for fame and glory. Registration is 10:30-12 and the contest will kick off shortly after at 12:15. Spectators are welcome to watch some awesome riding go down! This event wouldn't be possible without the core shops involved (Zombie, Damage, and Cal Surf) and awesome brands Volcom, Vans, Skullcandy, Interior Plain Project, Public, and Rome. See you there!

It's that time of year again! "Freestyle Friday" at Chester Bowl is a laid back contest series that focus on learning new tricks and having fun. Tonight, Damage and Rome Snowboards are hosting Freestyle Friday. We'll be riding a custom set up for the event that will cater to all ages. Registration is 5-6PM with the fun starting at 6:15. CVT Elm Creek Recap

The third stop of the Core Values Tour brought us to the tow rope island that is Elm Creek presented by none other than Cal Surf. The sun was out and boarders were hyped to ride the custom contest setup. Thank you to the riders, shops, and brands that support this series!

Lord of the Ropes

Lord of the Ropes returns to the sacred hills of Trollhaugen tomorrow night, Friday February 21st presented by IPP, Trollhaugen, and Indeed. Last year Kyle Kennedy claimed the crown in the "Return of the King." Can he do it for a third year in a row in "New Found Shores"? Come out tomorrow night to watch 64 of the best Midwest riders go head to head for the grand prize of $2000. Oh, did we mention shop riders Kristin Jessen, Josh Kuno, and Dan Spooner are taking part this year?

Core Values Tour - Spirit Mountain

This Saturday, Feb. 15th the Core Values Tour makes its way to Spirit Mountain for the third and final stop before finals at Trollhaugen. If you're out of the loop, CVT is a qualifying event series for all ages, genders, and abilities, put on by three of the most core shops around (Cal Surf, Zombie, and Damage). Registration is from 10:30-12:00 with the contest starting after. You can choose to ride in the intermediate or expert division. Our 'Best Grind Contest' presented by Thunder Truck Co. is this Friday night at The Encounter Indoor Skatepark. This event will consist of a ten minute rail jam beginning at 6:00 p.m. with prizes awarded to the top 3 best grinds on the park's 'flat-down' rail. This event is FREE (with paid Encounter session) and open to skaters of all ages, abilities and genders. Come out and get your grind on! 

CORE VALUES TOUR AT ELM CREEK

Stop #2 of The 2020 Core Values Tour is this Saturday, February 8th at Elm Creek presented by Cal Surf. Registration is from 10:30-12:00 and is free to enter with a valid lift ticket. There will be intermediate and expert divisions with 30-minute jam sessions in 3 side-by-side zones with the single best trick in each zone counting. The top 3 riders in each division will receive prizes and the top 10 qualify for finals at Trollhaugen. The Core Values Tour is presented by Zombie Boardshop Cal Surf and Damage Boardshop to highlight each local scene by showcasing  the 'core values' of Minnesota snowboarding and the importance of supporting your local shop.
